Shield

The Elite S.C. Way player development curriculum enables your children to reach their highest levels of competition while playing in a club that values developing great kids who are great soccer players. The Elite S.C. Curriculum utilizes the US Soccer Federation Best Practices and USYSA “Player Development Model” as the guideline for club wide player and team development.

The Elite S.C. Way provides every player, regardless of their skill level or competitive desire, the opportunity to maximize their potential and play at the highest level possible or as high as their dreams and ambition will take them.

The Elite S.C. Core Values are Effort, Learning, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.  These values are instilled in the players on and off the field.

Long Term Development:

Shield

Long Term Development Approach:   Elite understands that it takes years for players to develop the technical and tactical skills required to be great soccer players.  As a club we are committed to this long-term process and provide a structured player development pathway from the early introduction of soccer through to the ELITE level.

"My family has had the pleasure of being a part of Elite S.C. for the past eight years.  The professionalism of the coaching staff is one of the main reasons why we have our daughter playing for Elite.  She has not only learned to be the best athlete she can be under their guidance, but has also learned, by example, to be a respectful leader on and off the field. Both Elite S.C. and the Elite Leadership Program reinforce how to work as a team, support your community and become a responsible person.  The lessons learned at Elite are much more than just about soccer and will be valuable throughout her life. #thatselite"

"I just wanted to express my great thanks for all that Elite Soccer have provided me with over the years: a terrific club soccer program, advanced soccer training, important life lessons, and unforgettable relationships.  Being a member of Elite Soccer has made me a better soccer player, athlete and person, for sure. I am looking forward to applying all of your training, advice, and lessons to college soccer at Carnegie Mellon University and hope to make the Elite soccer program proud.  I particularly appreciate how Elite Soccer and the coaches helped me develop leadership skills and positive values that I know will help me in sports and life. Certainly a highlight was the opportunity to play soccer at a competitive level all over the country, including in Las Vegas, North Carolina, Wisconsin, and Missouri.  I will never forget my Elite Soccer experience, its great coaches, my awesome teammates, and all the great memories I have, thanks to your terrific program."

"We are parents of two children, now 14 and 17, who have grown up in the Elite system, mentored and trained for over 8 years by the Elite staff.  We feel so blessed to have found this organization. The Elite coaching staff is outstanding; teaching technical, tactical and physical skills to develop an excellent all around game. The team discipline and competitive aspects are handled expertly. In addition, our girls have had healthy role models and team leadership at important times in their development.   The coaches were there to work through any individual needs, keeping our children in mind as whole people, not just players.  They participated in team service opportunities, ESCO and developed their own leadership within the team.  They will carry their Elite experiences with them the rest of their lives.  From the kids: Ella:  “Elite soccer is the best thing that ever happened to me.”  (age 14)  Claire:  “Elite taught me more than soccer.”  (age 17) Thank you, Elite!"

Our two children play soccer for Elite SC.  Over the past three seasons, it has been a pleasure to watch them both grow as soccer players and teammates.  Their coaches provide a very positive and competitive environment, which has fostered a real love for the game of soccer.  They have also benefitted from participating in some of the off-season classes such as Center of Excellence and the Premier Training Series.  Our children truly enjoy playing for Elite SC.

When I played at Elite S.C. I was taught many different values that not only made me a better player but also helped me with my everyday life.  I was taught how to be a leader, take responsibility, and always give 100%  I always looked forward to going to practice and enjoyed being challenged in a positive and fun environment.  Although my coach’s main goal was to make us better soccer players, he made us better people along the way.  He valued respect, discipline, and always encouraged us to persevere through adversity. He was not a yeller when a player made mistakes, instead he guided us to be decision makers and helped me improve my skills and performance.  I carry many of the values I have today because of Elite S.C.  I would not be playing college soccer or more importantly be the person I am today without the positive influence from Elite.
