Bio – I am a recent addition to the Elite coaching family. I was raised in the area and am the product of a strong, club soccer experience. My soccer career began at the age of five when my family moved to Arlington Heights and I was introduced to the sport with the Arlington Heights Park District program. My skill, tactics and talent developed when I transitioned to playing for the Arlington Aces travel program at the age of eight. I enjoyed several years of success playing on top tier teams, competing with and against some of the most talented players this area has ever produced. My youth soccer
experience afforded me the opportunity to play on several State Select teams and I competed against many of the best players across the country in the Junior Olympic Development Program. I attended Rolling Meadow High School where I was a three-year varsity starter. In my senior year at RMHS I was named to the all-conference, all-area, all-sectional, and the IHSSCA all-state teams. My competitive soccer career ended in college when I suffered a series of lower extremity injuries requiring surgical
intervention. I have coached with Elite Soccer in summer camps and training sessions through the years and it is good to be back on staff. My love of the game has never waned but was rejuvenated when my two sons demonstrated a passion for the sport. Of course, my ten and eight-year-old boys both play for Elite and continue to grow in the program realized by Elite founder Mike Steele (who I played with and against many years ago). By day, I am currently employed by the Arlington Heights Police Department where I have served the community for over two decades.
