- Notify your coach if you are missing any training sessions
- Flat shoes (No Cleats)
- *Schaumburg Sports Center and MPCCC you can wear cleats
- Bring pumped up soccer ball
- Bring water
- Wear gray training shirt, black shorts, black socks
- No punting the ball in any facility
- Absolutely No playing soccer in the lobbies or hallways of facilities
- Please pick up all garbage
