Eric Love

Staff Coach

    • BioEric has over 10 years of coaching experience working with players at all ages, ranging from 3 year olds to 23 year olds. During this time with Elite S.C. he served as Youth Programs Director focusing on the recreational program and soccer for ages 3-10 year olds. Eric also was the Youth Leadership Program Coordinator for multiple years. He holds a USSF National C Coaching License, USYSA National Youth License, NSCAA’s Goalkeeping Level 1 & Level 2 Diploma, PCA “Double Goal Coach” Certification & Heads Up Concussion in Youth Sports Certification. Eric grew up in Arlington Heights, where he attended Buffalo Grove High School. At BGHS he was a 12 season athlete playing soccer, basketball & baseball. In soccer, Eric led his team in scoring back to back years serving as the team captain his Junior and Senior season. During those seasons he was awarded MSL All-Conference (2004, 2005), Daily Herald All-Area (2004, 2005), IHSA All-Sectional, Chicago Tribune All-State, IHSA All-State Tournament Team accolades.  Eric left BGHS awarded “Athlete of the Year” and attended Augustana College where he continued his soccer career.  At Augustana Eric was a 2-time team captain and all-conference player. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with concentrations in Management & Marketing. Eric lives in Arlington Heights with his Girlfriend (Tess), daughter (Addie) and 1 year old puppy (Miley).
